Terms & Policies
At Unified Barcode & RFID, you can be assured of our commitment to after-sale services. Below are our Terms and Conditions for sales via our on-line Product-Catalog. If you have any questions, please email us at: info@unifiedbarcode.com.
Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You will be charged the "Our Price" per item ordered plus any shipping costs and sales tax if your billing address is in our state. We charge only after the item is shipped to you. Credit terms are available to qualified buyers, click here to download a PDF copy of our credit application.
Shipping
We try and ship all orders received before 5 PM EST the same day. In most cases, there is no charge for ground shipping. Overnight service is available at "ground rates". "Ground Rates" is the cost difference between ground and overnight rates.
Limited Availability
If any item you order is not in stock, we will not process your order until we confirm the item's delivery status with you. You may cancel your order if the delivery status of a backordered item is not satisfactory.

Sales Policy
All sales submitted on the website are final.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
- You must first get an RMA# (Repair Materials Authorization).
- All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Defective software and consumables are non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation.
- Some hardware items may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
- Special orders may not be returned.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
