Custom Inventory Replenishment System
For business situations with a central supply warehouse and multiple sales or stocking sites we can integrate an Inventory Replenishment System. The system would work with a central supplier maintaining inventory counts. Remote sites would have pre-defined inventory minimums and maximums for each inventory item. The remote site would take inventory using input devices such as Symbol 2800® or Pocket PC® to scan for an inventory count. The remote site would then provide the inventory count information back to the central supplier. The count would be compared to the min-max parameters. The central supplier would provide an automatic shipment of replenishment inventory.

Custom Mobile Medical Materials Manager
Data documentation can be fast and accurate for processors of medical and bio-hazard materials. Each mobile employee is provided with a rugged mobile computer, such as a Psion Teklogic NetPad 3500®. The employee would use the computer to collect appropriate data regarding each material pick up and/or drop off. The administrator can log in and add new pick ups or projects. All collected data can be sent back to a central computer using a modem or internet access.

Custom Utilities Field Maintenance
Our system programmers have provided electric utility companies with portable database systems for data collection using PDAs. The field employees will key in the data in the field and the data is transferred to a central system using various data transfer techniques.

Factory Floor Inspection System
We can provide a fast data exchange system for the manufacturing environment where employees using PDAs will work on the factory floor and use their PDAs to input pertinent data. The PDAs are synched to a wireless system that transfers the data to the main system for complete, real-time visibility.

Building Inspector Information System
Our programmers have integrated a field data collection system used by building inspection officers. The field personnel receive downloaded schedules and property information to a portable device, such as an NEC handheld PC. The field officer completes his schedule and records the inspection information on the portable PC and then the information is uploaded to the central server at the completion of the work day.
