Availability of New WS2000 Configurations with Two AP300 Access Ports
The Wireless Infrastructure Division of Symbol Technologies is pleased to announce the availability of two new WS2000 product configurations that bundle two AP300 Access Ports at a compelling price point. Keeping in mind that most WS2000s are deployed with two (or more) Access Ports, the new configurations make great starter kits to get an SMB enterprise wireless in no time. This new configuration will make it easy for customers and partners to order the most common configuration and take advantage of the lower cost at the same time.
The WS2000/AP300 solution offers the power and cost efficiencies of centralized switching architecture and is perfect for enterprise branch office deployments. This switch provides extensive wireless functionality and high performance (with support for up to 6 802.11a/g Access Ports), integrated gateway features, enterprise-class security (including WPA2, integrated AAA RADIUS Server, and IPSec VPN for site-to-site communication), extensive remote management capabilities and the ability to scale to support future technology standards as they evolve.
The two new configuration bundles contain 1 WS2000 with 2 AP300 802.11g Access Port (Internal Antenna)
