The DC600 is a turnkey solution yielding reduced deployment costs, built on standard platforms for seamless integration and interoperability with back-office applications and existing IT investments.
The DC600 platform integrates the XR400 Reader Platform, which provides for multi-protocol EPC Gen 1 & Gen 2 Dense Reader mode support via a firmware upgrade , high-performance antennas for reliable data capture, integrated electronics and components and simplified access for power, network & cabling.
The DC600 allows a single platform to service multiple enterprise read points in compact, durable housing with flexible mounting & configuration options. The DC600 enables real-time capture and update of RFID tag information into customers’ enterprise systems while simultaneously allowing business process change through real-time alerting and alarms. By dynamically reacting to and automating the response to alerts and alarms, edge decision-making brings increased value to the enterprise business process. For example, promotional, high-demand, low inventory stock can be automatically routed to priority, high-visibility retail locations Additionally, alerts and alarms can react to incomplete shipments, shipments sent to wrong locations, exception processing, and specific item notification.
