Project Manager
Position: Project Manager
Location: Midwest

Unified Barcode & RFID, Inc.® is a single-source Barcode & RFID Solution Provider, including Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Wireless Infrastructure, and Data Collection Equipment. Headquartered in Palatine, Illinois, Unified Barcode & RFID has enjoyed explosive growth since 2001.
We are looking for a dynamic, exceptional individual to provide Project Management support throughout the integration process. The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact between Unified Barcode & the client. They will team with our Systems Consultants and Systems Architects to provide a comprehensive solution.

The Project Manager (PM) is the person responsible for on time, on budget, per specification delivery of complex projects. The PM manages Client expectations and project scope throughout the implementation, ensuring the financial viability of the project. At the end of the implementation, the PM will ensure customer acceptance/sign off and a smooth transition into support.

Project Management Services include:
  • Daily Project Management (Barcode or RFID).
  • Kickoff Meeting.
  • Create Acceptance Document.
  • Transition to Maintenance.
  • Post Installation Support.
  • Weekly Reports
  • And other duties as assigned.
Education:
Degree in Project Management or equivalent experience.

Experience:
3-5 years in project management capacity with a technology vendor, systems integrator, or VAR.

Requirements:
Understanding of Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Project.
