Position: Manager of Professional Services Delivery

We are looking for a dynamic, exceptional individual to provide Management support throughout the integration process as our Manager of Professional Services Delivery. The Manager of Professional Services Delivery along with our Professional Services Department will work in conjunction to act as the main points of contact between Unified Barcode & RFID and our clients. The Manager of Professional Services Delivery will form and manage a team that will include Systems Consultants, Project Managers, and Systems Architects ultimately to provide comprehensive solutions to our valued Clients.
In addition, the Manager of Professional Services Delivery is the person responsible for on time, on budget, per specification delivery of complex projects. The Manager of Professional Services Delivery manages our Professional Services Department to ensure Unified Barcode & RFID meets our Client expectations and project scope throughout the implementation, ensuring the financial viability of the project and department.
Manager of Professional Services Delivery key responsibilities include:

| • Improves internal timeline commitments for Professional Services Investment Proposals • Understands what documentation needs to be created and will develop templates for missing documentation • Provides professional services costs to Account Executive, Systems Architects, and System Consultants • Manage the Queue of Jobs for all Professional Services Resources • Develops and maintains a library of all Subcontracted Professional Services Resources • Mitigates risk on all projects • Accountability for Professional Services P&L Budgets • Reports to the President • Manage Direct Reports System Consultants System Architects Performs Site Survey and Develops Design Documents Integration Engineers Installation Project Managers Programmer Analysts Software Developers • Client Tech Support |

5-7 Years Experience as Manager of Professional Services Delivery
