Unified Barcode & RFID understands your needs and offers a variety of Maintenance Arrangements and Maintenance Contracts including:
Depot Maintenance Program
We offer maintenance agreements for terms of one or two years. When your equipment needs repairs, we provide it under your maintenance agreement at no additional charge. All parts and labor are covered. Contract coverage begins upon full receipt of payment and equipment is in good working condition prior to being placed on a maintenance agreement plan.
Flat Rate Repair Program
We'll restore equipment needing repair at a flat fee excluding accessories and abuse.
Time & Material (T&M) Program
If you are looking for repairs outside of a maintenance contract, contact a Unified Barcode & RFID Account Executive for our standard Time and Material charges for scanners, portables and printers.
At Unified Barcode & RFID, we completely refurbish all the equipment you send to us for repair. Normal turn around time is 1 to 3 days (excluding transport time). Guaranteed 24 hour turn around requires an expedite fee per unit and is subject to parts availability. All repairs are warranted for 60 days from the date of shipment and covers labor and parts we replace during repair.
